Complete the registration below (using the attendees name) ONLY if you are paying via credit card after you have submitted your payment online, if paying with a check print the event registration form and mail it in with your check.

Registration Fee: $325.00 per person or $65 per day for partial week. Registration includes lunch on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday. Any guests attending meals without paid registration will be charged, at the door, $20 per breakfast and $30 for lunch.
