The Deputy Agricultural Commissioner administers and directs one or more agricultural programs to protect the agricultural and horticultural industries of the County, safeguard the environment, and protect the health and safety of agricultural workers and the public. The Deputy Agricultural Commissioner provides direction to Agricultural Biologist/Standards Specialists and performs inspections in the enforcement of federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the State Food and Agricultural Code, California Code of Regulations, Code of Federal Regulations, Uniform Fire Code, Sonoma County Ordinances, and the State Health and Safety Code.

Salary: $69,480.23 - $84,465.75 Annually
