Registration Fee: $145.00 per person. Includes Wednesday breakfast, lunch and evening hospitality along with Thursday breakfast.

Pre-Conference Industry Tour: Tuesday, November 5. Information to follow and is optional.
Full-Day Conference: Wednesday, November 6, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Half-Day Conference: Thursday, November 7, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
